What We Do Basically, we do two things. #1 - We create exquisite hand carved wax models. and #2 - We develop 3-D computer files which can be milled or grown. A CAD file, or rather, a *computer aided design* file is developed in virtual space within a computer. That file is used to direct a milling machine or a 3-D printer which will create a prototype model which is then used to make the casting. What will it cost? It is of course impossible to tell you what your model will cost to produce. There are many factors involved in determining the cost.. Our hourly rate is $60, and we have a one hour minimum charge. It is very difficulte to estimate the amount of time required to hand carve a wax or develope a CAD file, therefore all work will be done and billed on time actually spent.
